About Us
Physique Complete, LLC was founded by Jeanene Cannon, NPC Figure Competitor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Jeanene realized through teaching and competing that she had the ability to impact people's lives for the better just by being an example of a healthy and fit woman/mother. Because of her high visibility, many people were inspired to change their physiques through healthy eating and exercise and they came to Jeanene for help.
It wasn't long before she realized that there was a real need for education regarding how and what to eat and how to train. Jeanene founded the company and was honored to add husband, Terry Cannon, Athletic Basketball Trainer. We are pleased that our staff is not only qualified, but also holds a standard of professionalism, integrity and just plain "good character".

Physique Complete, LLC has serviced prominent organizations in the Fremont community since opening for business in 2005.
We have provided services to the City of Fremont, the Tri-City Homeless Coalition, Club Sport Fremont and to the Fremont/Centerville Mother's of Preschoolers group.
We support and have been supported by American Natural Health Emporium in Fremont,
Gymboree Play & Music in Fremont,
Elite Sports Physical Therapy in Fremont,
Centerville Presbyterian Church Nursery School in Fremont, and
Dr. Kavanagh of Kaiser Fremont OBGYN department.
