Text Box: tips for your trips...
In the next month or two some of you may be traveling for the holidays visiting with family.  Start planning now for how you will keep yourself on track during your trip...here are a few tips...
Pack some lightweight (inexpensive) portable equipment that you can use almost anywhere....a jump rope, an exercise tube (try to get one with a door attachment), and an exercise band.  The best tip - actually take it out and use it - or go to the local gym if you have access to it.  And, keep your gym shoes/clothes in the car so you're always prepared.
Be sure to pack a few things that will make "eating clean" a little easier...like measuring out a cup of uncooked rolled oats (oatmeal) into sandwich baggies so that you have a healthy breakfast that you can readily make in the microwave for each day.
